The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are set out separately in a proposal or service agreement, which takes precedence over this general page where the two conflict.

3. No ranking guarantees

Search engine and AI platform algorithms change frequently and are outside of our control. While we commit to a clear roadmap and measurable work each month, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or inclusion in any AI-generated answer.

4. Payment terms

Fees, billing frequency, and payment terms are agreed in writing before work begins. Late payment may result in a pause of active work until an account is brought current.

5. Client responsibilities

To deliver our services effectively, we ask clients to:

• Provide timely access to website, analytics, and advertising accounts as needed
• Give feedback and approvals within a reasonable timeframe
• Provide accurate information about the business, services, and goals

6. Intellectual property

Content, code, and creative work produced as part of a paid engagement transfer to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Our own internal tools, processes, and pre-existing materials remain our property.

7. Limitation of liability

Lacrosse SEO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services, including losses related to search ranking changes, algorithm updates, or third-party platform decisions.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
